The quality of classic construction, with shorter timelines

We produce the modules in a factory in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to EU standards. So far we have worked for the Austrian and German markets. Each unit is built on a load-bearing steel structure with full corrosion protection and is delivered as a finished whole with facade, interior works, windows, doors, sanitary fittings and prepared installations. Final connections are done on site.

Steel load-bearing structure

Made of hollow profiles, designed for wind, snow, earthquake and transport.

Steel connectors

CNC-made connectors for rigid joints between modules.

Fire protection

REI 90 / F90, with defined fire compartments between modules.

FERMACELL wall system

Certified seals for all penetrations and joints.

Insulation and envelope

Thermal and acoustic insulation and an airtight, energy-efficient building envelope.
